A Curated Travel Experience for Wine Lovers
We’ve always loved to travel. In our younger years, our travel consisted of three ornery children, minivans packed full of luggage and love, and stays in locations that catered to our children’s every desire (Disney trips, Ski trips, etc).
As we became empty-nesters, we had to reinvent vacations. Trips to warm locations where we could rest and recuperate from our demanding careers. And what we found was no matter how much we wanted to enjoy these re-imagined vacations, there was something missing… We missed traveling with our children. Err, perhaps we mean, we missed the liveliness of our vacations. We missed traveling with people who we loved and who made us laugh.
As we co-imagined how we wanted our vacations of the future to go, we settled on three things:
First, traveling to beautiful locations in the world that we’ve always wanted to see but never had the time or energy to get to.
Second, traveling with people who we shared common interests with – wine, laughter and adventure.
Third, unique, curated, once in a lifetime experiences we would remember and talk about for the rest of our lives.

As we started sharing our ideas for unique travel experiences with our friends and family, we found one thing: we were not alone.
Our friends, empty-nesters, pre-nesters, and many others were craving the same thing as us. So we started co-imagining with them… What could we do together?
And it all came together. We were craving beautiful locations, gorgeous wines, and meaningful connections. So that’s exactly what we’ve created.

Bi-annual travel experiences for wine lovers craving curated, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, and lifelong connections with kind, funny, adventurous people who love wine and travel.
Each year, we travel with the Mahan Family Wines community to two epic wine locations: some years we keep things domestic, other years we head abroad; regardless of location every trip creates memories and connections that last a lifetime.

This region’s charm is the result of top-quality wines and a picturesque landscape luring both Hollywood icons and wine lovers, alike. There are currently over 40 wineries throughout the Temecula AVA, the best of which we have hand-selected to explore during our three-night stay.
Experience light and crisp whites, roses, luscious and buttery Chardonnays, rich, age-worthy reds, and sparkling wines with Mahan Family Wines’ Vinemaker, Phil Mahan, and the Vinemaker’s wife, Ann Mahan.
