In spring of 2019, Phil Mahan graduated from one of the United State’s most renowned viticulture and enology programs in the world, University of California, Davis (know as UC Davis and most known for Robert Mondavi research and teaching labs).

Phil’s deep knowledge of agriculture and viticulture pairs perfectly with his with nearly ten years of experimenting with white wine varietals in his basement wine studio.

Phil has already put his education to good use winning both a bronze and a gold medal from WineMaker Magazine’s International Wine Competition in back-to-back years (2018 and 2019, respectively) for his Sauvignon Blancs.

Now, Phil is bringing his passion for growing and making wine to Harbor Country, Michigan!
